Denham Estate

The Denham Estate occupies 1200 acres of picturesque Suffolk countryside with a herd numbering up to 3000 Fallow deer which have inhabited this region since their introduction in Norman times.

The Denham Herd is internationally recognised as one of the elite fallow deer herds of the world.

It is the largest herd in Europe and is acknowledged as a leading example of deer farming undertaken in keeping with the foremost principles of animal welfare and good husbandry.

Mrs Temple's Cheese

Mrs Temple's cheese is hand-made at Copys Green Farm, Wighton, Norfolk, using milk from the award-winning Chalk Farm Herd, bred and nurtured by John Temple for over fifty years.

James White Apple Juices

Makers of really delicious natural drinks! Based in Suffolk at Whites Fruit Farm in Ashbocking, the company started off as a cider company but went bust. It then diversified and began making apple juice. Some of the juices are now blended with other exciting ingredients, such as carrot, pomegranate, and berries. Overseeing the operation is an original founder of the New Covent Garden Soup Company, new lines include Big Tom and Great Uncle Cornelius specialising in non-alcohol drinks.
